On a sword the magical attack and reinforce %s are generally much more important than the crit.
I'd say it'll go for 2-2.5mil. 3mil if you find an int hybrid who wants it and has the gold. (High crit on sword still desirable for a hybrid - means practically nothing for a pure int)
