Price of SOM +3 level 32 spear? [Tibet]

as I said in the title, the spear also has 3 int and 3 str, as well as immortal and various other blues. I'm thinking around 35 mil or so, but I want to know if that is to high or low.

Now that prices are returning to normal, I would say around 30-40M myself too. (SoS ~ 8-10M)
on alps its alot higher on price

on Alps it would probably be worth a total of 50-60mil. the best place to sell it is dw at storage. lots of people look there
