[Xian] WTB: lvl 16 Spear (best I can get)

My dream would be to get a level 16 SoS or SoM spear, although I know I cannot currently offord it.
So instead I'm looking for either a lower level SoS or SoM spear (level 13+) or a regular level 16 spear with +X on it.
Leave what you have, and how much you want for it.
