The id card is around 1 mil (maybe more, alot more depending on server and its blue). I dont know about the scroll, i have asked people and no one else really seems to know either.

I'll give 600k for it. You can buy from store for 1 mill so I'm not gonna pay same price for it. Same as the other rare jewelry box items.
