I found myself a Calvary Hand Blade with some stats that I haven't really seen before. Er...look for yourself:

35 block. The pricing guide on the guide forum only goes to 18. Do I have something special? o_O

When there's block on a weapon, that means, when you're fighting someone that uses blade/shield or sword/shield. Their block will be less effective depending on how high the block on your weapon is. Notice the block on the weapon is blue. Otherwise, that weapon isn't worth very much, because of the very low crit.
