I find them hard to sell, but the +3 INT should help if you find the right person. Still, I doubt you'll get more than five times what you get if you sell it to an NPC.

This is the way I calculate prices:

My base price for selling: 2 x NPC selling price (meaning the money I get if selling it to an NPC)

+1 = 1 x NPC selling price

INT +3 = 2-3 x NPC selling price

STR +1 = 0-1 x NPC selling price

This would add upp to between 5 and 7 x the NPC selling price.

So for an item you get 5k for when you sell it, I'd price it at 25-35k.

I find that this gives me a nice balance between profit and stall time (the time I have to have my stall open to sell my items).

Are people really willing to pay that much for INT +3? Maybe at high lvl items, but at this lvl??

I'm not sure...but still good general formula though.
