19% frostbite rings,necklaces etc..

How much are they actually worth ?
I found one in a stall (lvl16 necklace 19%frostbite for 9k) i though that was a nice price, since i have seen people asking for them.
I have no idea about the real value, so i opend a shop and went to dinner, i put it out for 275k (i thought i would get lot's of funny comments) but when i came back 30min later it was gone.
So what's the real value of them

omg poepel acutally buy them omg has any + or anything? if it doesnt i think its like 8k :S but nice anyway lol

On Babel you probably could have sold that necklace for over a million. When in doubt, list it at 99,999,999 and type in the shop owner's box (not the title of the stall, not the chat box, but in between them) for people to make an offer. I wouldn't be too sad though because you made a cool 250K for nothing.
I saw one person selling an accessory that had three or four reduces around 10% for two million gold.

Go to a NPC (whatever) and check how much they pay you, then times that amount by 3, that's how much it's worth (tested myself
)

He means market price, not NPC Store buy price
