How much does a L47 SOS Female Garment Chest piece cost?

It has +3, +4int, +2str and +10 MP.

Is 6.3M a good price to buy it?

I wouldn't really buy it at that price if I recall a blank one is like 2-2.5m if you can find it so even with all the blues you can get from alchemy it's not worth it.
