I would say it is worth somewhere in the 1.5 - 2 mil range.
If the crit and/or atk power were higher I would say 1.8 - 2 mil.
Unfortunately, the market is going down on 5th Degree +3 weapons. If you are lucky enough to find someone that will pay what this item is worth, you are lucky indeed. I have lost about 500k in the last two weeks trying to resell the +3 items I bought between lvls 32-35.
I personally would put it up at 2mil, ignore about a weeks worth of "600k pls" bids and finally sell for somewhere around 1.7mil. I think you could get at least that much out of it.
Edit: I just noticed me, my stall and my squirrel are in the corner of your SS.
