Silkroad Forums strictly prohibits the following:
Sale of digital items, gold or accounts for cash value.
Hack programs, no-cd's or keygens for any games.
Inappropriate content or materials.
Advertising and spam in forums or chat channels.

I stand corrected. I'm used to any sort of account trading being an insta-ban both in game and on the forums. (runescape.. JaGeX gets ban-happy with questionable accounts.. though they can't seem to get rid of the bots)
Also, looking at the rules.. It appears that trading an account for some other account, even in another game, is allowed. Hmm. Coool.
