What the title says ^. Male gender and permanent, not 28 days/rental etc... I can pay through obtaining silk mall items, just... not gold.

I believe he was trying to inform you that the Saint Knight Avatar existed before premium silk. Hence no trade-able version exist. Unless you want to buy the account that has one, you will have to wait until the next legend.
