[Oasis]price check 32 SOM spear

i was chatting to someone who offered me a SOM 32 spear +4int +4str for a trade for my 16 SOM bow. I still need my bow so i declined but asked what he would take for the spear. Now he seems to think thaat because he added str and int it was worth 20mil+ ., Wat do you guys think its worth? - i was going to offer him about 10-12 lol.
