Well as far as know 6d sos would go for 50-70m for some normal stats. For som I think that you can double the prices. Don't know about "steal of sun".

If i understand correctly you don't MIND if the weapon is not sos as long as it is +3,4 ..

just so cheap because no one wants to buy such things
i also havent seen hardly a warlock there :S
