is buying accounts not exceptable?

Hello. im not exactly new here its just that somthing keeps going wrong with my accounts. on my last on it did not recognize the id and pw i had been typing in. and it wouldnt let me get a new pw. -_-. oh well. i just wanted to ask if buying accounts was against the rules or somthin.

I dont think you should be doing that here, They have strict rules which i abide by and i dont think that your allowed to buy /sell accounts on this forum.
