How much would a shield (lvl 13) +1 BR 15 go for?

Also, how much would a shield (lvl 15) +1 BR 16 go for? I'm thinking of keeping this one and upping the +'s to a decent level.

nothing much to note about it. prices go add something to the original selling price coz its common and lvl is low

Im not so sure BR 16 is very common... Im interested in an idea of what kind of markup a high block rate (ie, 16-19) should bring regardless of the level (assuming 16 and up).
