I have hood, talisman and boots.

Looking for legs and wristlet. Only lvl 69 or below and cheap as possible.

For wristlet, I prefer:
+3 or +4
Strength 5 (+100%)
Parry Ratio (+100%)

For legs, I prefer:
+3 or +4
Strength 5 (+100%)
Parry Ratio (+100%)
HP Increase 400 (+100%)
