I'm not really got at this but:

Iron Shield: 2 million
Copper Bracer: 200k - 300k
Lamellar: 300k
Bow: 1 million ---> The crit is bad.

Don't know in your server, but in alps:

Iron Shield: 1.5 million --->br15
Copper Bracer: 100k - 200k ---->female
Lamellar: 300k
Bow: 1 million ---> The crit IS bad

not to say br15 is bad...just that there are so many sos shield lvl 16 and most have higher br's. Its competitive.
