Noob question: Elements and their relative values

I know this is a question that probably contains a lot of relative elements in relation to an accurate answer, but any information at this point would be useful. Is there any general "formula" to element value? Is there a relative trend for them or is their pricing just completely erratic? I understand supply and demand will always cause fluctuations in the value of an item, but I suppose what I'm looking for is base cost. For examples sake, say 100x of each element, lvl 1-3. Something like:

Lvl 1:
Fire - 5k
Air - 5k
Water - 7k
...

Lvl 2:
And so on...
and on..
and on...

Sorry for wasting your time on this, it's just that I'm new and have been stashing these things away in storage for so long...I'd like to either sell them or use them, but don't want to get ripped or use them on a crap enchant. Building them up for as long as I have I'd like to at least get close to fair market value for them. Any input is appreciated, thanks!

you mean something like:

lvl1: all except wind 250 each, wind 500
lvl2: fire 500-750, wind 1-2k water and earth ~ 400-500
lvl3: all except wind ~ 750 each, wind 1k
lvl4: all except wind ~ 800-1k wind ~ 1k-2k

In all 1-4 earth goes lowest due to it being lesser in demand, while water sometimes a lil higher and fire is used a lot and also found a lot.*

lvl5: wind/fire ~ 750-1k each water and earth 1k - 1.5k each
lvl6: earth 1k-2k water ~ 1k+ wind and fire ~ 500-1k
lvl7: earth and water 1k-2k each (earth being wanted a little more) wind and fire ~ 750-1k
lvl8: earth and water 1k-2k each (earth being wanted a little more) wind and fire ~ 1k-1.5k each

That is my view on it. Hope it helps you.

That one still goes although I noticed that prices when you buy/sell bigger amounts sometimes can be cheaper!
