What do Lvl 16 SOS Warlock Rods/1 Hand Sword

Hey, I was wondering what a lvl 16 Seal of Star Warlock Rod or SOS Euro 1 Hand Sword generally go for? I want to buy em, but I've seen random prices from 3mil to 20mil to stupid prices. If someone could give me an educated guess that would be wonderful. Thanks.

For a plain SOS level16 the max price is 3m, normally you can find some for a much lower price in Samarkand. If it has + and good blues and/or whites it can go higher. But normally 3m is already expensive. I am very surprised when you say that they go for 20m. Are you sure it is not SOM you are talking about? Also if you are on a new server then prices are higher.
