Depends of the server and wich kind of elixir...
Check in the stall network and sell it for around 10k under the lowest price so you will sell it quickly

You should save your elixers for higher levels in my opinion but...

I to was wondering that. I ended up just selling two weapon Elixirs for 220k each =P They literally sold in 5 seconds.
