Noob seeking some help

Hey I've played this game on and off every now and then just doing the quests, It doesn't seem too friendly in game when trying to talk to people or find a guild or help. My question is where can I find an average guild that can maybe assist me a little bit. I play on Neptune server and am a level 16 archer, any response would be appreciated!

Hehe ... I started like you
... try making an euro , they are for party so you'll get to know people if you party with them... or you can press "L" and search for academy , ask the leader of academy does he powerlvl his academy members , he can help you too ....

Thanks! I've got my glavie up to 16 already, I won't really need help until I get to Downhang which is where I've usually stopped playing in the past....

I've been working with the glavie with mostly fire,any recommendations should i try any other elements to help out or just go about the way i am?
