Its Exactly Midnight for me and sometimes 6 am too GMT-5
Im not too sure tho its most likely Midnight but it can be 6 am too....

They used to happen every 3 hours but now I have no clue cause it looks liked it's been changed.

is it more experience, more profit, less goods price and more npc thieves???? we should really start doing them... they're supposed to be easier....

they aren't easier. if you do a full 5* on silkpet it could end up in a triple or 3.5 time spawn of normal (so not the double is the max, thats what it looked like for me). thats what i experienced. got a screenie where i counted, but couldn't find it actually :/ and there are more high thief and more champ thiefs.
