Silkroad Online Forums

Most of our legit unions and guilds are English right now. We are only reaching a small amount of legits that we could be reaching. I've seen plenty of people join either a bot guild or leave Venus because there is no legit guild from their nationality. So, i'm going to be working with people to help jumpstart some legit guilds and possibly unions - other than just English ones.



So far we have:

Spanish - OverKill 3
Vietnamese - AngelFamily
French - None
German - Kreuzritter, GER_Revenge, Bloodangels
Italian - None
Chinese - None
Turkish - None
Korean - None
Dutch - None
Russian - None
Polish - None
Greek - None

Good idea Argo. Couldn't expect anything less from you. You are a great open minded forward thinker and congrats on the continued successes of Overkill. Won't be too much longer before you start having capped players. Thanks to all the effort from all the legits to make Overkill an established union.

I could make a dutch legit guild, but I don't have enough money to lvl it to lvl 3, and I'm lvl 27, not really high xD

i'm chinese...so that's like 0.01% of venus

You cant be too low lvl to run a guild. I'm lvl 22, and I run the union fine.

A Better idea would be to have peopel from different countries be "deputees" who new people can refer to.

e.g: someone new from portugal can pm icecrash, someone new from turkey can pm asyamura, etc.

We have french, british, serbian, finish, swedish, nl, philipinnes ppl in SD if needed

cosa nostra speaks serbian i think, and some english

i can start a arabian/egyptian one

I prefer Kratos' "deputy" or "mentor" idea to the guild idea.

That might be a good idea in theory, but putting it to practice takes it to a different level. The amount of people who visit the forums in this game is really low, considering this is an english forum. And, unless you want to global every 10 minutes, it'll be really hard to get the word out. Besides that, some people speak that language exclusively. If they cant understand what 90% of the guild their in is saying, they are going to feel left out.

the Mentor thing.
if they add everyone that speaks there language to their buddy list then theyll be happy ^_^ also this could link into academys.

Here in ovk3, me and easly wanna start to move all members which talk english to other ovks, because... as they dun understand some things which we talk (spanish)

And BTW we can explain better the rules to ppl which are 0% english, so would be less dungeon posts. I have loads of friends which stay in zeus and are bored. Bcz they dun wanna do all in english. (lazy ppl ¬¬), whatever. When we are rdy, u will know.
