Atleast if you have Vista.

Its a graphics rendering issue, just take off and put on your chest piece or ask your friend to take off hers if its her char that's gone wonky. The game has to rerender your char if you do that and it fixes it. If you are prone to getting that rendering problem, i suggest you dont minimize the game a lot cause rendering the chars over and over from doing that a lot makes it more likely to happen.
