PT ISSUES [Before and During PT]

Its quite frustrating lately to get a pt, even after u get it, it dies soon.
When i join a pt, i notice most of the members are taking their own sweet time in town... They wait. 3/8 they wait, 4/8 they wait, 5/8 they still wait...
I don't mind waiting if the pt is a non functionable one...
today... i was in a 2 tanks 2 wiz 1 cler... its good to go. Members are in town, pvping, etc... While waiting, some joins some leave, at the end pt dies... Take some initiative ppl... =\ Move to the grind spot when u're in pt, start the grind whenever possible. or pt will just die...

PT Members
Go straight to spot once u join a pt? That way it will happen faster.
Ask union to join, if you do not hav union chat get friend or others to ask for u.
Don't stay in town n wait... It kills the pt =\

PT Leaders
Try to reform pt as required, move to spot and try to get the pt to work. Somehow ppl tend to listen to pt leader more than the rest.

Afkers During Grind
There're a bunch of ppl that goes afk during grind... Its not ok if you go afk every 15mins, I've seen ppl who goes to eat n eat n eat n eat. >__> 3 hours grind 30mins they were afk... those time that they were playing they talk much n they look more like leechers to me.
Ok... those who goes afk without notifying pt... i need not say more on them.

Agreed. If you join a party, get to the spot and start it up.

Same thing goes for taking town breaks to repot and repair. I dont see why people have to repot, repair, do alchemy, clean their storage, spank their monkey, and make a sandwich all on a 5 minute break. It doesnt work.

Repot. Repair. Get back to the spot and continue!

AFK for a few minutes is ok, people have to go to the washroom, answer phone, deal with parents/spouses/kids.

AFK for 10min without a good reason = kick.

longest I ever go afk is when my mom is pissing me off and I ask to stay. If they don't want me to I leave pt and sit down
