Ok, so I come to Venus, I make a wizard, fails. I miss chinese, what can I say, I enjoyed the skills and always wanted to go far with a certain build and made one. Ok, so I know nothing about the guilds, unions, etc.. on there, I just know theres Avalon and some Hand Alliance with pink in it's union logo.

Now, here is my problem. I found a weapon elixer, I'm a lvl 23 chinese and I sold it to some guy for 450k, lucky me, right? So I decide to get 2 hours of an ONG power level, some level 90 for 200k per hour sounds pretty awesome. So, I join the party, pay, and then apparently this guys in a botting union and guild. Well, how the **** was a supposed to know this? But now every single BHA or Avalon person who walks by me tries to lure mobs on me, goes pink on my guy ( hes killed one of them ), and they basically go at me for having a botter as a pleveler, call me names, and basically judge and dismiss me completely. Mind you, I haven't used a bot.. I asked the guy whos leveling me if hes grinding by hand, and his word is yeah, I mean he was responding and moving naturally, right?

So, now that I find out an hour in that this guy is in a botting union FOR SURE ( after doing minor research aka pming people ), what the **** am I supposed to do? Leave and not get my other 200k's worth? Demand it back? Apparently to these avalon and BHA people, or whatever other unions like overkill they have, I'm complete and utter evil. The arrogance I saw from these little kids is just... ugh.

And worst part is, you apparently can't be legit if your not in one of those unions.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I can align myself with such arrogant... butt holes.

So apparently now because of this, I'm always going to be a botter. I worked a few days to get my guy up to lvl 23 mind you, so going from 23 to.. I think almost 26 now, is a really nice, refreshing feeling for me.

Doesn't this sound messed up to anyone else?

I suggest reroll, a clean slate.

You're overreacting.... usually the first time we just give a warning...

Avalon and BHA rules are very strict. It make things hard for new comers but in the long run, when you reach higher lvl, u'll understand that it is necessary.
The rules are spelt out for every1 who is on SRF. But for those whose not a member of SRF might need some time b4 they know all of the rules.

So instead of thinking "wow, this is awesome. These guys are so vigilant against bots that they take time away from grinding to harass botters," instead you thought "these butt holes are messing up my powerlevel."

Instead of thinking "200k is a small price to pay for a great lesson on how to keep a server free of bot infestation," instead you though "man, I'll never get to lvl 24 if I can't buy some taxi to get me there."

I guess it's all a matter of perspective.

t0rch me <3's you! Non ego..yer brilliant. I think in this case it is a lesson learned. Thank you all for the lols. I really wish more ppl would be aware of the resources that are made available to them with the confederation site. (and this is not directed at the author of this post, just ppl in general.)

I don't think you have to reroll yourself on the server. I would maybe just make sure 100% that you don't let anything like this ever happen again, and just stay away from plvl by anyone..ANYONE..not in Avalon and BHA and Overkill unions. (But then you probably won't find to much plvl being offered.)

Venus is not a bad server, just the most dedicated group of ppl you will ever find that are willing to back up their integrity and love for the game. This server is as close as you will get to the way SRO was meant to be. =)

Don't get plvl'd or expect to at least be picked on. =p

(What kewtie said, we won't even plvl our own members half the time =P)
