I'm thinking of coming back to the game again, I'm as surprised as you are yeah, and I read a lot of good things about Venus.

Is there any highly active guild/union on Venus that is recruiting? I am a very experienced player of all classes (mostly Euro) and I will be hugely committed to SRO once I start playing again, once I find an active guild.

I have no current chars on Venus, I'd be starting from scratch, I will level up anything your guild needs and play it excellently. Also I would like it if any guild seeking me as a member used ventrilo regularly.

Heres hoping for some good responses!

Welcome back. If you like the game the way it's meant to be played (grind and all) you'll like Venus. 95% of the people who try it stay here. The other 4% would prefer to keep their botted chars and suns from prior servers. (And then there's the 1% legits on Xian who insist on going down with the ship).

yeah, I am down on botters, and the only reason I am coming back is because I have become VERY impressed with the measures joymax is taking in improving their game, very satisfied indeed

I recognize your name from my time on the forum, I've always thought pretty highly of you as you've never given me a reason not to from what I've seen of you. You'd be welcome in Ninjitsu if you'd like to join, we're in Blackhand's Union. We at one point would be on Vent every night, trying to get that back slowly and get people together again like we were. But we use a joint union vent and you can help me bug people to get on . Mmmmm, you could get into Camelot until you are 30+. Avalon vent always has at least one person in it

uBp_Knights has been gracious enough to let us use their vent, a night there is always chit chat.

BHA vent is usually pretty active.

Pickles and Ponies, mostly. But some game stuff as well.

avalon vent has on average 25ish people in it. around 5-10 in the early morning all the way to 35ish at peak USA hours (6-10 eastern time).

camelot is the 1st step - supports 1-2 parties under level 30.
at 30 u move on to avalon2 - supports around 3-5 parties over 30.
at 60ish you can go to avalon1 is there is a spot - 2 parties at roc mountian daily, 1-2 parties at gens + the random cave/bones party.

sounds awesome! how do you think grinding will go for me 1-30? it was alright on odin, never played venus before, and thanks for all the positive feedback from everyone

You can PM Daemon ig if you wanna join Camelot. Its rather active. I keep it filled up with low levels to have the most optimum partying for them all.

nightbIoom and t0rch also have add rights. You can pretty much PM anyone in Avalon union to get a hold of a Camelot player with add rights.

Yeah, the Venus community is great. Was even when I use to play heaps, when everyone would try and put us down and state wat assholes we were. Look what being bastards has achieved though.
