Is never going to FW ok?

I will never go to FW unless I'm like 16. It is too early for me. So here's my question. If you are a guild leader and you have members going to FW, can they go if the guild leader doesn't go?

as long as the guild is registered anyone in that guild can go

iv yet to go to 1 i hope asylum signs up for them or theres a prob lol
