If joymax keep doing this bot bans every week then i think the goldbots will keep getting slower to remake their bots. Maybe if joymax keeps doing it long enough the goldbot companies will basically give up, surely they barely make anything around jangan.

Although now they're like warned they gonna be banned every week so they have time to put gold on another char ? :s

Who cares if they put gold on a different char, they're making so little. A lvl 70+ gold bot makes like 10m a day, a lvl 10 makes like 100k a day....

plus i think they are somehow tracking multiclient use (actually i think that's their main resource considering all the bans are gold bots and not player bots)- and bot companies would use that to login to their "gold storage" character - and that runs the risk of it being banned too

it basically looks like theyre screwed all around >=]

*edit* i used a school computer to go to a gold selling website to check out the prices; 1m gold costs 0.28 USD on venus; and they have 1,457 mil gold in storage (so about 1.5b gold in storage atm) - a few weeks back it was 0.07USD per mil and they had close to 5b in storage - it would appear their stocks have been hit too?

And TiA, you mentioned that level 10 goldbots make 100k/day. Is this confirmed or speculation? And I assume this is net, not gross. I've always been curious about this. I assume they get 1-2 SoS drops per day, in addition to the gold. If anyone has "a friend" or w/e who has run a goldbot, I'd love to know the average daily net at 1x, 2x etc. I've always been curious.

well - the way i would count this is

you can get about 100k getting to lvl 20 and picking up every gold drop and buying pots
it doesnt take more than a day to get to 20 (especially fora bot)

and bots dont use pots

every one kept saying they'd make more money if they ban bots like this, so they are using babel as their controll, perhaps banning different amounts of bots on different servers which is some are almost instantly crowded again and other take a few days to build back up

its almost like 2 days already .

chinese ones at chajis do O.o. they use skills, so they gotta use skills. and there are ones at hyencheons that use skills and use pots too. the ones that use force to keep healing themselves are like lvl 37+ (at hyencheons), while the ones that use skills are usually 4d O.o.
