Step 3 : "Call their Korea Office which is open monday through friday 9:30am-6:30pm korean standard time, 011-822-420-8854, after you hear "This is Joymax corporation..." press "2" for English"

The community of Venus would like to bring to the attention of Joymax Corporation the following players. Each one of them have violated the Terms Of Service on several occasions. We request some assistance and action to be brought down upon those who fail to respect Joymax's rules and guidelines.

According to Chapter 1, Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Agreement), complying with the terms of service includes regularly checking up on modifications and notices regarding such through the Web site. Company will not be liable for damages incurred by user due to the user being unaware of such modification and notice. This section proves that they can not plead ignorance to the terms of service, and are lawfully binded by its powers.

According to Chapter 2, Article 2, users Company may approve or disapprove and cancel such approval or agreement at Company's discretion according to the terms and conditions set out below.

④ Disapproval resulting from other misconduct of the User
⑤ Misconduct that is offensive to public peace, order, and/or morals
⑥ Activity deemed as having ad adverse effect on Company's services


We, the citizens of Venus have found all these players to be guilty of one of these three main points. They have all been caught botting, some of them even using offensive language to slander the good name of Joymax Corporation. The individual offenses of these users will be listed below, and updated as we gain more information. Notice : The pictures are included in a seperate file, and will be updated as more come to my attention. The file can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

Although its a nice effort but dont you guys think you are creating even more work for those 2 GM's? they have to handle basically anything what is happening in the game, they have to handle all payment problems and now you guys will spam them with bot reports, cant we keep it the normal way like it used to be with the bug report on silkroadonline.net with topic "Bots servername" ?

Those 2 emails are there for payment problems and those payment problems are always checked quickly, i am kinda afraid even that will slow down and delayed due to these bot mails.

pay@silkroadonline.net is what MD told me to spam(yeh she said spam it like crazy) when i didnt recieve silk, after spamming it about 500 times i got my silk maybe someone reads it but i doubt they will take much notice of bot reports.

Whoever you are, I request you remove my name in the above list. This is totally unfair. If you occupy the fortress, it doesnt give you the right to put just about any name you want to place in your list. You can create your definitions of a bot but I dont ever since. You know for yourself that you do not have a basis for including my name in there. So, be respectable as you want yourselves to be in-game.
