Rather than re writing a post explaining all the guilds around that are recruiting on Venus I'm just going to copy/paste what I said in another thread:

Those were on the first page and are all guilds that have no lvl requirement (at lest to my understanding). These are other guilds recruiting but w/ lvl requirements:

Not to mention there's plenty of other guilds in Avalon and BHA that are recruiting right now so you shouldn't have a hard time finding a guild. Don't expect people to spoon feed you everything, just PM someone from one of the Avalon and BHA guilds and ask if you can join or PM someone from one of the threads posted.

shame on you daemon why didn't you mention your own guild got something against germans? Though i do recomend asylum alot for chinese it makes a decent home for a rogue too but i don't think it become a mostly chinese guild like non ego wanted anyways, though i always tried to send new chinese to him. I've seen more euro asylum then i have chinese maybe its just the time of day i'm on or the fact that i party grind.

Asylum still has tons of Chinese and it will always be Chinese-friendly. At higher levels, however, people would rather party with bad Euros than good Chinese to avoid the Chinese penalty. I'm recruiting lots of low level Euros now. I'm sure 90% of them will quit the game but if we get a handful of determined, strong, friendly players, that works for me.
