Anyone low lvl i need help to pt with

well im in the 3x for like AGES now all because i cant find a party so i cant grind. I was wodnering if there were any people who could pt with me since i wanna get to lvl 40 so badly now.
(Partys i make no one ever joins)
My build is Rogue/Cleric
Right now dlvling cleric for bard
