Most likely you're not getting any parties for one of three reasons.
Specimen 1:
Most of the server thinks you're a douchebag because of the way you have been acting on the forums and in game; therefore, groans if someone lets you in the party, or completely ignores your party requests.
Specimen 2:
Annoyance? People would rather play with those that are fun to play with, not those that are like "Hey noobs, gimme the clap", or whatever you said.
Specimen 3:
You don't know how to play in a party therefore I boot you from mine.
