Well I'll just go ahead with the effort of making a thread.

In all 3 unions, i've seen many who are less then amazing in a party. To help fix this i was proposing a training week, where people skilled in every class help others learn how to play it well in both grinding and pvp. I suggest a week because that gives plenty of time, for scheduling issues to work themselves out.

Sign up your guild if you are interesting in helping/ training

I plan to start next monday, and go till sunday.

Even chinese can help show other chinese tricks and pvp tactics. It was orignally going to be a union training but since fly ignored me i'm going to try to make it any one who wants to sign up.

on topic: i think its a good idea but u wont find enough people on at the same time who need training. the people that suck at parties suck because they are never online long enough to get better. the people who are always online are pretty good at grinding.

unless this is pvp related. in that case set a time and ill show up to teach ppl some tactics.

notice your srf messages, i saw you on after i sent it so i assumed you igrnoed it, i tried sending them in game but it kept failing to send note, pissed me off after the 10th try, when nothing should have been censored. If you don't mind helping me set this up that'd be great, recomend people to help out, and people who need help.

lemon enjoys doing that stuff, but she is in Japan atm. Zee might help. Asya likes teaching people warrior tactics also.

Sorry for assuming you ignored me. So thats 2 warriors, so far, ace get in here, you are one the best tanks i know, plus we still need other classes.

I can help some but im still low lvl and learning my build but im up for helping anyway i can.

I'm willing to contribute as well, Kewtie and Uehara probably know a lot more than me, but if they are on a different times that me, I will help fill that time slot.

well i like to learn some new tactics with my warlock from experience players count me in.

I can teach how to play rogue in pvp but i don't have a high lvl rogue on Venus so well, no demonstration for you lol...

I'd also like to learn about tanking more... it's not THAT easy for me...

pfft, it sure is needed.. Most people is just purely pathetic in partys.
