Who are the Non-Legits?

Does anyone have a list of the guilds which are not legit (botter guilds...etc). Plus, shouldn't guild leaders put up a list of the people that they kick for reasons such as for botting, scamming...etc so other legit guilds dont recruit them?

every guild in the Epic union is a bot guild. (the one with the grey wing looking symbol)
So is Kuwait_Thugs Superstar The_Grudge....ummm i cant think of any more right now

Yea i forgot about them, the ones with the quebec flag as Usymbol
hum, LuXuS is a bot guild too.

Xcalibur = botter guild
i heard mix comments about Superstar, some people say they have a bad reputation but their legit, some people say they bot, which is it.
ooO also i saw a guild called SpirituS couple lvl 70s botters i thought that was a bot guild from Hera?? o.O?
edit: probably any turk guild.

I think it's a great idea but I don't think SG wants to do that because of the drama it will create in the forums. Maybe Fly will do it on the Confederation Forum. Maybe a mod could clarify the policy?
