I've really wondered about this.

Venus wasn't the first server, so, by far most of us have migrated here. Which server do you consider you 'birth' server. Ie. My first ever character was on Xian, but it didn't last long. I then went to Troy where I really began playing SRO. Hence I consider myself a Trojan, even though I spent a lot of time on Pacific and now Venus.

Of course I now wear the Venus tag with a huge friggen smile. No regrets. Just wondering, where have we all come from .

I came from Alps, It isn't as good as it used to be. So i then came to this forum and searched for advice on which server to join =) It came to be Venus!

First server was Aege; got to lvl 38 on chinese bower and then went to Rome. Played chinese nuker until lvl 42, quit SRO for a half year or so, and started on Zeus till about 30. Rejoined Rome once Euro started and played till i got 80 on my wiz/bard. Now, I am here ; and am staying put. (I consider myself a Roman...cause i'm roaming )

Where's the "I can't remember details such as server names" option? I'm serious.

My first server was Oasis, had lv 34 2H in there, then I quit gaming, now I'm back. Love Venus and BHA

I came from Alexander. When Venus came out and i heard about Avalon i jumped ship on a Chinese character. Learned i hate pure - int Chinese characters except spear nukers. Would've rerolled as a glaiver if the guild i was in didn't go to the dark side. I went offline for nearly 3 months before logging back into Venus and making Barotix.

I started with Alps but I calssify myself as starting with Pacific as thats the first server I actualy did hardcore.

My first server was babel where I made a character named MrSlate. I got him to lvl cap(lvl 70 atm) but then he got hacked later. Then I played on hercules for a while but I kept making new characters. I could only get my int to lvl 40 before I quit.

I started out my first character in Oasis few years ago, was a lvl 37 str glaive
and then i stopped playing the game and recently came back again (maximum 1 month ago)

whoa... first time I played this game was when this game was in beta stage.. then I stopped and just got back.. I can't remember for shit what server I played on back then...

Xian . Used to be such great server.

My home was Venice. I started playing this game since the official version came out. (Jan 2005)
I saw a guide from SRF then, Pure INT bow, and made one, but I reconstructed it in INT hybrid.
It was a really messy build with the masteries lol, and I managed to get him to 52 playing it for almost 2 years with pauses of 4-5 months. (42 sos +5 full blue)
Then, when the euro update came, I was back in the game with Dual Axe / cleric and managed to get him to 55, when one night I was trying to log in on Venice for 1000000000000 times and didnt manage to get in.
I was so pissed, and just from curiosity I made this char on Venus, cause I wanted to try this build and see its advantages.
Till then I had no idea that Avalon was on Venus. Me and my friend globaled that we are new to this server and that we are legits migrating from Venice, and booom, Bob PMed me, so I joined Avalon. It was pure luck.
Since then, my views about this game have changed a lot. This server is pure example how this game should be played.

1. Legits own the server
2. Friendly community
3. No stress
4. Fast leveling
5. Lots of cool people

I don't wanna continue with these numbers, cause the list would be "infinite".

Venus

Simply the best!

Started on Aege 2 years ago. Then continued to play Aege while playing on Athens, Greece, and Babel. Finally went to Xian to harass nightbloom, but she let me in Vent. Stayed on Xian for a year or so and moved to Venus with Avalon.

40 different characters FTL.

Started my first char in Alps. Got it to farm at bandit den oldskool style. Then the Taiwan Earthquake hit made our connection too slow. I cant even logged in. After the connection went back to normal, most of my friends left to play GE. Went there and got bored. Went back, lvl up my farming char to 42 and farm on mujigis. Got it to 90K sp. Then Euro start, went to Odin, Mercury and finally found out about Avalon and i never looked back since then.

sparta, started early last year...till it got too overcrowded...and too silent...^^

Olympus fo sho and still play there too

Gotta love athens. Venus still rocks.

I started on Tibet prolly November or December 2006, then I moved in no time to Rome cos all my friends were playing there... I made up several chars but my best was Teddy_UK a lvl60 rogue... I really miss his powers compared to my current tanker... but Venus is truely way better although I didn't like the drama between Avalon and Odyessey...

VENUS

Venice. Officially babel, but I only actually started really liking the game in Venice.
I know I don't belong here but I can't log in to Pacific! Goddamn server traffic... and venus has more parties too...I logged in my noob warlock last night and found a dow genema party that invited me the moment I logged in. ITS NOT FAIR!!!

Started at Greece a while back when Death2All had just gotten his sosun bow....Played there for almost 1.2 years, got to lvl 78 and decided to skip farming and started here. Now after about 3 1/2 months im 74 w/20K sp and two trees at lvl 70. I think i made a good move

i was from Xian, but too much bots, no legits, so I left and joined Venus.

Started on Xian with a shitty hybrid str with nukes in march 2006, then when Greece came out I went there, got it to 64 before I got hacked. Went back to Xian and joined BHA and farmed 100k at den got it to 3x and decided to join Pacific a few weeks after it opened, farmed 100k at den again and farmed another 100k at ice, got it to 73. Made a 2nd char on Pacific that I pwrfarmed but got sick of the bots and the community so I decided to move to Venus and I haven't looked back since then. Venus is the best server I've ever played on

I am basically a Mercurian originally. I started on Oasis for a short time, because of a school acquaintance that played, but then switched to Mercury because of the much easier log-in. Kinda character hopped for a bit until I was about to quit. Then venus came out, tried it out using my favourite character that I played on Mercury (cleric) and, well, the rest is history.

Oh SRO life story time is it? Well I started on Greece nearly 2 years ago, made an int hybrid light/force/spear pretty much by accident (I added int because I didn't want my character to be stupid) and took about half a year to get to lvl 39 because I sat down for mp. Quit for a while until I joined csro for a month, then rejoined isro for the europe update. Made a warlock/bard on Odin in Riot, we were sort of the Midnight to MaliceArmy's Avalon. Eventually Riot all quit so I came to Venus because it was new and I planned on getting a wizard to lvl 30 before quitting for good, but I seem to still be here.
