Sick of Troy

Well well, how to start?
I started playing SRO in 2005, a few days before Troy opened. I spent my first couple of months on Aege but all my friends decided to quit for WOW so I moved to Troy and joined two other friends' guild in June or July 2006. The character I started back then was Cloverleaf that I handgrinded up to 60 without gold time then to 80 with premium and stuff. This journey took more than a year. After I finished SP farm, I started a new character, Mirafiori, level 67 at the moment. This has been a long time. During this two years I made friends, most of them are gone but a few are still there. I was in two great guilds, fuminshou then tHUNderBirdS, all die hard legits. But I have met an epic amount bots, gold buyers, scammers, hackers, and douchebags in general. Many people call me noob for not joining botters. What has gone wrong? Is cheating the only way? Now, it is enough.
To quit would be an obvious step but I am still addicted to SRO and I am still a hardcore legit, so I would like to join you guys on Venus. Would any of the legit guilds accept a seasoned player with a brand new character? At the moment I don't have too much experience with European characters but it's never too late to start.
