Our official stance is this:

The no dc client is an altered client and therefore considered illegal by JM's TOS. Avalon does not support the use of any third party programs or altered clients.

Those that do use it, do so without our knowledge or support. We do not police EVERYTHING our members do though and most players find the no dc client to be a grey area as far as legitness goes. We do not allow ppl to discuss it openly, post it in our forums, promote the use of it, etc and find that adequate.

We do hope that all those using it get detected by JoyMax and banned. If some of those users are ours, well... we warned them.
