Need some excitment, low lvl guild war

So, i was thinking it might be a cool idea to get a noob guild with members around 20x to 30 average to be in a unlmited time and point war, just for fun, Any one on venus meat the critiria of not total jerks but up for the fun, and lvl range, or at least to not fight with any one above lvl 40 till later.
It'll be a good way to motivate your members to lvl and keep the game more interesting
edit:
dont' let unions butt in either just a fun thing between 2 guilds cause if you get unions involved they might get higher lvls in with it and it woudlnt' be fair to the lower lvls i'm trying to get the event for

ya sounds like fun, basicly the idea is to have a constant enemey thats not too much stronger or weak so that if you ever run into each other, you are free to fight, it will help encourage both guilds involved to lvl their noobs up, and just over all fun and add an extra element of chaos to the game.
it'll be fun, i'll get involved with my 28 rogue, to me this seams more fun then organized guild war pvp event

It is awesome. I pwned some guy from Hurricane level 29+ at level 21 twice and earned 400+ points. He killed me like 8 times and earned 8 points. I got a level 21 Pure INT bard btw.

when i logged 10 mins ago, my 2X and 3X were happily killing and dying. BH had ~7800 war points to Hurricanes' ~6500. at first i was skeptical about this, thinking it'd be hard for my low lvls to grind, but as it turns out, they LOVE it.

Yeah its so fun. I have 2,000 Points already, killing OrangeJuice and OJ killing me. I managed to come up with a strategy and he/she gave up.

Well this morning, one was in trader suit and said he didnt know about lvl 40 and under. Other was pvping at east gate but cant remember the names
Its not important...We'll re-war you but not 2 weeks this time, 1 hour or so

i suppose it doesn't matter i'd just like to know who broke the rules becuase that insults our guilds name that they would.
I know ks master killed colors but colors was being annoying by hitting me with aoe when we were in a party, i mean it coudln't kill me but it was enough to cancel my dance, ks baned him and shot him then he was resed and reinvited but that was about all i know of the rules being broken
