Past one year since the legits lost the fortress, and I log it to see what's going on. The server is so dull now it's just sad to see. I decided I'd try to capture this feeling and share it with the ex-members of the Confed.
This video is some sort of memorial of the old Venus as we knew it. Something none of us should forget. Too bad almost everyone is gone by now. Would be very appreciated if those who still are in contact with other members would share it.

This is really sad When joining this "movement", I never knew I could of had so much fun from SRO. Especially when I turned Lv40 (never went higher prior to that, chin. would take forever to level), I knew that I'd be hooked.
I also loved the drama. The usual Odyssey & Avalon fights, and of course the competition in between bot guilds(Like Legacy,XCalibur and RP_Bloodline) and Legits in South Sam.

First of all, Great choice of song for this video. Excellent. Seriously.
Second, I had the 2 best years of my gaming life as a legit on venus and then tsro and other places... After the downfall.
It was one hell of an experience, I still cannot find one game to beat the fun I had with my friends and even family as a legit on this game. Got a tear in my eye as I remembered some really fun nights after work, or how no matter what, even when my family had issues, I could log in and always talk to people, and have fun..
Looking back on it, I only wish I was more militant and dedicated, so a few more days or weeks would have allowed more people to experience it.

People hated the drama back then but now that you look back at it, it's the drama that made the server alive. When there's drama, it's that there are problems, and solving those problems becomes a goal that makes us active. I'd take all that drama back over the loneliness you currently feel in the server whenever I go there, and I don't think I'm the only one.

I miss the old times as well. Legits actually giving anyone from the avalon union free powerleveling, going to ong hills and murdering botters or making them die somewhat, when some of us knew that bots DC at the potion merchant in hotan because of some bug in the bot and that was a way to catch them, when fortress war happened and avalon union kept gaining control (i never joined though because i was a low level, like in the 30s while everyone else was in the 70+s), when trade runs were one sided (majority of legits were hunters/traders and were in control in the trade runs), watching Astra legit his warlock with NO premium to lvl 70 (much props to that), and as someone stated the drama between odyssey and avalon (I remember odyssey went to rp_bloodline union for a bit then went back to avalon, etc). I also missed how we had like an FBI checking on legits in the union to see if they were botting lol
Good ole times. I came back 2 months ago (or when I registered here) at lvl 43 though so i'm still here i saw PepsiKilCoke, Ninah, and LemonKiss on this past week which they were in those days as well

Yeah, LemonKiss is still around. Saw her globalling while I was on. Do any legit guilds still exist at all? Ninjitsu does, right? Not that I'm planning to come back, just curious.

there are a few legits left but most are in etnica union and dunno if ninjitsu is legit.

Missed u guys so much... I've gather some of our threads here in SRF for u guys to relive the memories.
Wow, some of that stuff I never saw, wish I could have played on Venus. It would be great to have that huge legit community.
I wouldn't be surprised if some people that were banned in that Nightbloom thread just waited and remade accounts.

I think they all gave in... i've yet to see a legit ninjitsu anymore. (Although I think i've heard someone mentioning a person in there that is still legiting. I'm not in their union though so this might be false)

lol this is the same ole same ole. Ninjitsu is still around. We still don't bot, don't use third party programs, don't buy gold, don't allow paid plvl. Now whether or not that is legit enough is up to you. I'm sure someone will get on and say someone is a botter or something like that but oh well
Thanks for the old video/threads! The old days on Venus were fun in spite of all the rules or maybe because of them idk. It was nice to have plenty of people in the game that wanted to play not just level. I never liked being told how to play the game (lol will still leave parties if ppl get bossy) but the community was nice.
