Some active (maybe) guilds/unions to start you off:
Ninjitsu (legit, english speakers mostly)
HellOnEarth (english speakers mostly, fun to chill with)
RP_BLOODLINE (some english speakers, but they are now only accepting lvl 90+ so yeah)
ROW or w/e (i think their union is mostly turks or something. not sure and i dont really care atm but they're on a feud with rp_bloodline)
Those are unions btw, i suggest you join ninjitsu union if you want to be only around legits. They didn't accept me before when I was a low level like a month & a half ago (50-ish) so good luck lol.
I recommend HellOnEarth, they are really friendly if you're willing to be a part of their guild and be active. if you need help, you can turn to any of them for help (as long as you aren't like "omg gold plsss"). I chill with some of them usually in vent, and when I need help they're there. I actually have fun with them sometimes. Homo all the way
