Plenty are recruiting.. Check in game global.

Ultima, LV2 Guild is recruiting all legits, guild is just about level 3.
we are in Ninjitsu union.

i am 43, as well as a few other 40ish players.
and other players are 30ish.
EVERYONE is active, if their is anyone that is unactive for a month, without notifying me, will be withdrawn from guild, so maxxxx fun ^^
