hm I was on Venus for a little try, and constanz is empty excepted for bot thieves gathering there. There is not even a recruitment stall. I made to level 30, soloying, I checked the parties, no legit party on.

I don't know his level but probably +80, probably close to 90.
He said he left his account for months but on IGL he admits that the account levelled up bots. found his account back with cape etc...
He comes back, everyone takes him in, he is Senator. If you are legit on Venus he should delete that account, show proof with the 7 days delay login shot and restart from scarch a new character.
He also posted in IGL that he will gladly help to level up new characters in a taxi....
