Yeah, Guardia have a guild and he's recruiting! W00t? :p
Before anyone freaked out and assume something stupid, I need to clarify some things. I dont leave Avalon to make a new guild and be the leader of this guild forever. I left avalon because I have a job to do.
The job is, to search for selective players who are really want to start in venus and keep playing on it. I will not do massive recruits that will leave only 2-3 players playing after a while. I'm looking to find a group of players that will be the core to this guild. A great guild require core members in order to succeed. No matter how many ppl come and go, if there's a core players in the guild, the guild will stay strong. The direction of this guild will be decided by the core players. I will be the guardian only. I will be the one who will lead this guild until there's enough core players to manage the guild. I will guide, I will help, I will enforce the confederation rules until the core players are ready to do it themselves. For ur info, this guild is already a part of a union full with guilds that are doing almost the same thing. But I will be more selective.
What does it takes to join this new journey?
1. Brand spanking new character. Why?
- I want everyone in the guild to start at the same time, or almost at the same time so the core players will lvl up together, be stronger together, get to know each and everyone well from low lvl till high lvl. This is crucial to make a great core players, to be able to excels in anything the guild do, be it guild wars, jobbing, fortress wars and day to day grinding.
2. Euros only. Why?
- I believe euros bring ppl together more than anything else. The aspect of everyone need each other to perform well is the thing that made euros work. If you can get rid of selfish mentality and focused on the group itself, u are the right person for the guild. Remember, no matter how great u are, if you dont have a strong group ready to back u up at any times, know how to play their char, know their roles, u are nothing. I'm looking for ppl who will be loyal to each other, not a solo minded person.
3. Legits only. Why?
- Cheaters ruin every freakin aspect of the game. This include botting / gold buying and the most important thing of all, bot supporting. I will not tolerate anyone who think there's actually a kind person behind all those botting since they wont be there with their char if it wasnt for their botting. So, they do not exists. This is my view on botters, if you dont agree, kindly leave this thread now and dont bother to comment on it as I wont give a flying fck what u think.
4. No alts are allowed. Why?
- I believe in concentrating on one character will make u great at what u do. I want players who will be playing on the particular character / build that he/she love the most. I will not accept ppl who's gonna do the trial and error bullcrap. U will be wasting my time and the guild member's time. I expect you to stay on this guild with ur char.
5. English speaking please. Why?
- Even though English is my second language, I believe English is the universal language for all. It will bridge the gaps between everyone from every country. When the communication fails, the guild fails. Miss-communication is dangerous. It can turn things around especially in game. It will be bad for everyone in the guild if ppl cant understand each other.
6. Agree to follow the rules of The Confederation. Why?
- Those rules are there to emulate this game as if there were no bots. If there's no bots, u wont party with botters right? Hence the no partying with botters rule. That's just one of the example. Those were the 6 main requirements to join Honor Guild. U need to past all 6 requirements in order to join.
The future of the guild.
It will up to the core members that we will develop. All the decision will be made by the core members. But one thing wont change, this guild will always follow the rules of the confederation.
When can you start?
U can start anytime u like but dont be too late as the space is limited. But in times, i will kick any inactives to make room for new ones who deserve the spot.
Who to contact?
Me, and only me. If I'm not around, wait for me, leave me a msg here or in game. I will get u as soon as I'm able to. This is a project, u will be a part of it. This is not a normal recruitment. This is a special one. We provide u with space (guild), we provide u a great community (The Confederation), we provide u the guidance. All you have to do is to play ur character at the full potential. I'm not doing this because we're running out of new players. Other guilds are recruiting well enough to fill their guilds in short amount of time. But I will focus more on building a core group of members.
Will there be any plvling?
Plvling will ruin any person behind the char if it's done excessively. I will only help when there is a need for me to help and when I feel like. Maybe when I want to shink the gaps between players and so on. So, dont ask for it. I dont like ppl asking for plvl.
How about union chat?
I will give it to selective ppl only. Impress me.
Some guide for ppl who's starting.
The classic setup of Euro party.
- 2 tanks
- 1 cleric
- 2 bards
- 3 wizards
OR
- 2 tanks
- 1 cleric
- 2 bards
- 2 wizards
- 1 warlock
Those 2 are the classic setup for euro parties, among the most efficient ones. It will be a bit different at lower lvls. But dont forget to play ur party with what u have. Dont wait for hours if there's no certain build are around. Try to work it out first.
