So I have my own guild that me and my friends are in and I hate how we cant party with anyone because they think were not legit? Were legit we dont play with botters or anything but why does everyone make accusations of all the new guilds botting? It's retarded.

Sro does not belong to you, you do not own venus, you do not even run Venus.

But your right, venus is not like the other 30ish bot servers, its a bot server with a bunch legit retards.

You don't have to sign up on the forums to be legit, but if you start a new guild you need to whitelist it so people know they can party with you. Venus is sucessful becase of the rules and procedures they have in place. Simple as that.

Also I think you're being extrememly lazy can't take 5 minutes to sign up on forums?

That's absolutely ridiculous and his egotism is far too high for any salvation in sight.

iscared, you should remake your guild and not let what other people think or say control your decisions. For one, it's only a game and words on a screen and two, you will only be letting them have more control.

Doing this takes merely a few minutes...even less if your not getting your own guild white listed.

You do not have to join our Confederation to be legit. You can choose to join or not. If you join, you will get benefits. No one said you have to join our confederation. If you hate this server that much, gtfo.

I disagree and feel that no one should have to do anything to prove themselves, especially when it's not to a GM or what not. It seems somewhat controlling, especially with Fly's harsh, demanding reply. Though you responded maturely to my comment and I respect you for that. And it's your opinion as well. I just think this is a bit too much to ask of people. Personally if I made a legit guild on Venus I'd want it small and quiet. I find that I like to keep to myself with just a few people and mind my own business while taking my time on quests or grinding. I would not want to sign any form to prove how I play a game this isn't mandatory but the GM's.

"Calling All LEGITS" is in "General Discussion", not the "Venus" section. Aside from this thread, I haven't been in a Venus topic for awhile, don't know about Jackal.

It was already stated if he didn't join he was considered a botter, lazy, etc. Not much choice. It's not your server, I don't understand how you can tell someone to gtfo when it doesn't belong to you in the first place, or do you think it does? No one should be forced to do anything that is not in Joymax's official rules, for any server.

People should prove their legitimacy through their actions and conduct not through some sign-up form.

you don't have to join in a fight to kill bots, abuse bots etc...although its encouraged...you can make a guild...get it white listed...and do your thing...there are tons of alt guilds that have a few active players who mind their own business and enjoy sro the way they want to.

I know they make this whitelist or w/e so that they know what is an legit guild or not but I have a question; what if these people do not view forums or anything? How will they know about this whitelist or w/e? They will be called botters until they find out how to be on this white list or w/e.

Wow what you said is true but I see what there trying to say and I cant make a guild and act like everythings fine when it isnt, if I had my guild I would be forced to make an account on another forum if I wanted me or my friends to get into partys <.<

Everyone has a choice. They're just presenting an option that'll make it easier on you and your guild in Venus. Though, of course, you do not need to "whitelist" your guild, again, your choice, but don't expect a welcome with open arms, either.

Whitelisting the guild doesn't mean you're joining the Confed, it simply lets the other legits know that that guild's legit.

Like I was saying, the only problem is choice. Every action has an opposite reaction...Enjoy the stay in Venus <3
