could you GM's please explain to you're guild members exactly HOW partying works. such as how many levels the mob you SHOULD be on is supposed to be above your own, and maybe explain to them how the tank should hold aggro, wiz shouldnt prematurely ejaculate on mobs, and clerics need to keep people alive. its bad enough when people NOT in a legit guild that are lvl 46 try to join my bunwang party and call me a noob looking for powerlevel, when i explain to them they are to high level for bunwangs, and need to be 11 levels above their own. but then to have legits not want to be in the party because they want to go to a mob 3 lvls above them, and get shit exp for like 4 levels!

/Farking rant.

Max exp gain is 10 lvls diff, anything above tat u get less.
Lvling at mobs 3 lvls above is not a bad choice... Faster killing make up for it... I wouldn't ban that person unless my pt is already full.

Not to mention the fact that there aren't that much pt at all. Keeping a pt at 8/8 is always a good idea.
Only thing i hate is 9 gapped euros...

Karras, you're dumb. That's all I have to say about that post.

@CeLL: Learn to live with the low level noobs for now. Try and push them and mold them into a perfect party though. You will learn a lot from being in those parties, and hopefully you will be awesome at a much higher level. ^_____^

LOL....10 or 11 levels meh. Try this.....3 warriors, 2 clerics, 1 bard, 2 wiz at bunwangs and our levels ranging from 45-25 and everyone of us having a farking great time. (oh sorry that is what we do on Gaia :P )

Oh and yes some people had ticket time, some didn't - some were getting mediocre xp on both the high level end and the low level end but you must remember we are there to have fun partying with our friends, chatting it up, cutting up in vent, and playing a game we love. I know it is hard to imagine such a novel idea but it is happening.

I also thought it was 11, until i test it myself n farmed the sp. Its 10.

Maximise SP gain = 9 mastery gap.
Maximise SpEXP/EXP gain = 10 lvl difference ie, lvl 34 killing lvl 44 mobs. in 8/8

They will ALWAYS be there.

So ignore a problem and just deal with it, because it will always be there. That has been tried on every other server with the bot problem. How well did that work? The plight of low level partiers isnt too different. Left unchecked and it will destroy the community. I don’t know, I just thought people learned that "ignore and deal with it" mentality didn’t work, I guess I was wrong.

This is an issue that needs to be dealt with on this server. This server has mostly moved past the stage of infancy, beyond the milk of "don’t bot" and needs to move on to the meatier matters of the game, such as strengthening the community togetherness. The "always will be there" mentality SHOULDN’T exist within the legit guilds and unions. Efforts shouldn’t be focused on making sure people don’t bot (not saying ignore it,) but rather to show people why they shouldn’t. It shouldn’t be (primarily) about legit vs bot, it should be legit for legit. Im sorry if I expect too much within my world of nubness. Cause that’s all the low level partiers really are, arent they, just nubs? Basically, cannon fodder of the legit community. Treated the same way as the bots are treated on all other servers, just ignore them and deal with them. Im done here sorry to disturb your highness's.

U can always disturb me my minion. =]

But, u take ur time and teach them everything bout partying..

People tried it often enough, yes me too.
And guess what,

THEY DRIVE YOU INSANE!

They won't even listen wot u say and just keep running round like a chicken with no head.
I've tried this 123409192 times thats why i say deal with it.

Gonna have to say it again... Work on making the people better CeLL. If you want a great party, make it a great party. Criticism is the best way to learn something, and if you ask them to do something, hopefully they will start changing for the better.

@ninshad: I have done that, I have asked nicely too, and I have also murdered people that I was partying at. Learned that when you murder a tank, especially the one that has the cleric and yourself buffed, the party wipes, and generally you can walk away with nothing more then murder status. xD It is safe to say that the warrior in question learned not to do what he did to piss me off that day. xD

different people differnt ways of doing things, granted less exp but the items they get they can use aswell as a huge speed dif in killing things is it so bad?

Finding the Perfect party is always hard.
I remember the days when I have to wait for whole day waiting in a 3/8 pt for a tank or a healer to show up. At the end, nothing was done and a day of GT was wasted.
And when u get a pt, ppl don't seem to know what they are doing. Unlike the first batch who started in Venus, they party with each other almost everyday n got used to each others' play style. It WORKS for them.
Point is, unless u can find some1 to pt with u alot or some1 who actually listen, u have to deal with the differences while partying. Ppl don't seem to listen to u since u're only a few lvls above them, sometimes few lvls lower.
Play ur build rite long enough, u'll start to get pm from ppl pming u inviting u to join their pt.
B nice/kind. The day will come.

If just OVK guild leader briefly explain to the new players how to play their build, i would be happy, Because 4/7 pt members are from OVK.
