ok well i have this posted on IGL to, but since most BHA people use this forum, here i go again.


Ok well many have asked in game why im no longer in ourheaven, first of all id like to say the guild is no more, its still there but not being used.

Going to post the note i send nightbloom about a week ago for you all so see, hopefully will explain things a bit.

"Ok well im just going to rant on a bit, talk you to about some issues on my mind.

Im having troubles with my guild, everyone's leaving, my friends are gone bla bla bla and i don't know what to do..

a few months ago me and 2 other best mates made a guild called OurHeaven, we made a neutral account and put him as the leader of the guild, i had a new character and so did they, other than tedwilliger he already had a lvl 26 on Venus. We applied for the white list and was approved, it was rocky at first with nobody letting me in PT's saying i wasn't white listed, but they soon learn't that we were, and we were new to the server.

It was so cool we owned our own guild and it was going alright, did our trades and partied together, we got into the blade union! we were so exited about that, made some awesome friends there too.

After about a week ted and my other mate stopped playing so much..leaving me to do all the recruiting and partying with other people and not them, make my own friends etc, i liked it in a way but didn't because they were meant to be there with me too. Eventually sidewalker got caught using a loader, so me and ted had to ban him and he stopped playing, didn't want to re-roll and whole 15 levels >.<, so now im probably lvl 35 and ted is still about 30 due to inactivity, so i asked if i could make gundamhealer the GM of the guild so i didn't have to log onto the neutral every time i wanted to do something, since i was really the only one making the guild run and he was fine since he said i was doing such a good job keeping it alive.

After i did that it felt good to have my char name as the actual GM, people in the guild respect you a lot more, so do fellow union members, this was a good time for our guild, we got quite a few active legits going and i had so much fun, i got to penons and met now one of my best friends, he joined the guild, got along great with everyone and he was now the new co-leader of the guild, since tedwilliger didn't have the will to play anymore, or stay dedicated.

The guild was going good, i was happy and so glad i moved to Venus, this euro party play was leveling me like crazy! but then the guild started going again..people left for there reasons, and it was hard to replace them now blade was gone, we moved to fable, lost a few more then went to BHA, i don't think we helped them much at all - My co-leader has left the guild saying he cant do it anymore, he cant live by the no plvl by bots rule, he says grinding is not his thing...so that kinda crushed me, the one support in my guild left because he couldnt play with his real life mates who was not legit, and he didn't like that. who am i to stop him i guess, i cant do anything about it, im not angry with him...to much. were still mates.

Now i log on and there's never anyone on but me..im the only one getting GP...im constantly kicking inactive people..going to Const and sama recruiting newbs who always go inactive...and its not fun anymore, all my friends have left me and its hard to keep going, now im asking myself why even bother with the guild, i want to leave it, its been fun but it seems to have failed with all my friends... the struggle is getting hard, but i want to stay and want things to be better."





As it turns out i ended up turning the guild in to save my Venus experience and joined Nox.

To all BHA memebers - Im truely so sorry OurHeaven failed your union.

Is that refering to me or not? Or was their another co leader? Because if you meant me than you are very wrong on what my opinion is. I disagree with certain aspects of the confederation rules. I dont agree with how a player must join a confederation guild after level 40 or they will never be allowed into parties. I feel that it discriminates against people who want to remain guildless. And to call anyone who is guildless above lvl 40 "non legit" is just a whole bloody load of bullshit.

Damn dude i remember u we partied before when i was playing on isro. Everything gotta come to an end guilds are like businesses they grow fast then they die if not managed well its a shame really. Either keep going or quit .

the thing u forget about the confed is that its flexible. each union atm has a 1/3 say in how things are run. all good ideas are looked at. if someone find a way to allow guildless legits to be whitelisted without the risks, then we will implement it. the confed belongs to everyone. so ppl need to man up and participate in the system. those that dislike the current rules should be the 1st ones to speak up about them on the confed forums and work to get them changed.

oh and i also dont like the 50+ rule even tho i helped make it. it worries me that ppl like cruor will become unwhitelistable at level 50. but i also dont see any practical way to change it without allowing a shitload of bots to slip into the confed.

I think solo player can get whitelisted too. Just get ur name on the list before u reach 40. Is it that hard?

nope. gotta join a confed guild. can b an alt guild so long as it's whitelisted.

Maybe I'm mistaken but i do recall Fly saying if you just tell the Cond that ur guildless and dont bot then its okay i mean u still cant join parties though xD I may be wrong
