Idea maybe?

So i've noticed that there are a few people complaining about how many people don't know their roles in parties. I knoow that some higher level players occasionally come and play with us noobs to try to teach us, but that's not really reliable and half the time they aren't listened to.

My idea: I'm thinking we need a level 20-40 or so guild just for the education of players. After they hit level 35 or 40, they can go join any of the legit guilds. Hopefully we'd get a good leader (not me) who would be able to keep everyone in check and make sure they listen. Then weekly, or bi-weekly the guild would get a higher level player, from different builds, to come down and party with us. Sort of like what i mentioned above, but on a set schedule and in a more organized manner. Then the higher level would know where to go for willing students, and the students would be sure to listen and learn. The "instructors" would be drawn from willing members of ALL the legit unions, if possible, (no favorites) so everyone would get a chance to show the up-and-comers what their unions are like.

My questions:
A: Would someone be willing to lead something like this?
B: Would any high-level players (obviously legit) be willing to take time out of their normal game time to help?
C: Would there be enough noobs interested to even get this off the ground?
D: Is it even practical?

Yup, I like the idea and I would be interested to join such a guild. I know that I'm not a very good lurer and I am willing to improve

There are several low lvl guilds with high level support already. WFC and WNx are both low level guilds with some experienced players helping everyone out that joins. Even still, a lot of my wave of players didn't have capped players come out and help us. We relied on ourselves from start to where we are today, and learned from each other, the same way capped players did. Maybe you guys should party, take advice from one another, test the systems, and learn from experiments.

when ur about to go pt at sungs, ppl will find out how to pt, when i was 3X i just gave ppl tipps and suggestions. That's how they learn.
A guild for the new guys is not worth imo

Fable union is basically like that right now. Overkill was the original guild which started this idea really.

pwrlvl raped OVK. It's a good idea, but I like Remus' suggestion more.

A guild that does this would be nice... i.e. form a party, where one is the lurer, one is the tanker, one is the INT Killer, and (if there are no pets to grab, all the others are Looter Players. I have been in a party such as this at Penon, and it was awesome, not to mention fun... no IDK where all those players went.

A party where everyone is of the same build is also fun... I once was with a Warrior Party, all wearing lvl 42 armor, but we attacked one monster almost at the same time, and it sure was fast. Party Giants got pawned in a very short time.

Anyway, just reminiscing...
