Not everyone would give you such a welcome when moving to Venus. You can still party with confederation guilds as long as you are below 40 and your guild still lack a union and guild logo. The person you talked to need to read up on the rules.

i always refer people there who are new or ask about it, lol a 7x botter was even curious once so i told him the site
