We need time to get everybody signed up.
My assistant Zypher is writing down the names and putting them into the right categories.
Once we get enough people that have signed up we will sweep the bad ones...we will investigate on most names to see which guild and if he is a bot or not.
We know most of you but some names that might sign up will have to be scooped out. if you know what I mean.

Then I will announce the DATE TIME for this Event. We will have about 4 Events coming up. Which will all be on the weekend of the week where theres no FortressWar. So people will have something to log on and play to.
there will be an event for the Saturday and Sunday.
1month = 2FW's and 2no FW weeks
the 2 weeks in the month that has no FW will have an event for Saturday and Sunday
I will make sure you all have a smooth gaming experience.

In Venus Everything is possible. IF we all stick together.

What we need for now:
- sign up
-tell your friends
-advertise it (if you have globals, if possible)

April 25th 2008 EDIT:
-The TIMEZONE will be set on Canadian/USA EST time zone. GMT -05:00.
-If your set in a team you will have no choice but to team with them we want people to get together not to push each other away.
-You are all responsible to make sure every member of your team is logged in for any Events or Tournament. If your member doesn't show up for more then 2times he will be erased from the subscribes database. Also if your member is not online, you will have to fight with an handicap, this will not only improve your skills in combat when outnumbered but will also teach you new tactics.
-You are also responsible to get to know the people you are randomized with. So in order to ease that you may want to add them to your friend list and cyber with them.
-Every Month the Teams will be RE-Randomized.
-Every Month the players will be asked for a level update and sub class level update.

we did this on Xian several times in the BHA. it's HELLA fun. we did it in a few different ways, one of which was a VIP type of situation in which one person on each team was the VIP, and the round continued until that person died, which caused the opposing team to win. we also did 1v1 ladder matches, which were a lot of fun too (though admittedly more well-suited to chinese PvP than euro).

SUGGESTION: if we are doing euro parties, then true randomization will lead to parties that do not have what they need to succeed. we should randomise each class, and put them in groups of 8. for example, if we have 4 clerics in the 8d range, then we can concievably make 4 functional parties in 8d. all other builds get a random # 1-4, and all the 1's pt together, all the 2's, etc. if there are more people than functional parties allow for, some people will have the opportunity to compete in more than one team.

We know Xian had events similar to this but Im trying to get it into a larger scale of legits.

We have made a new arrangement on level categories. We have eliminated all people that are lower then lvl42, not because your not good because of the lack of people that subs in those categories. Basically level up once you hit lvl42, your welcome to test your might.
We have decided on the prizes ! (money money money money 0_o)
